Dubai plan to attract foreign doctors
UAE authorities have launched services to help foreign doctors living in the UAE obtain golden visas for long-term residency。
The golden visa is a long-term residency initiative launched in Dubai， which recognises experts in various fields who play a pivotal role in supporting the nation’s progress。 It also attracts skilled workers to the UAE。 Its aim is to boost the investment of entrepreneurs， businessmen， doctors， foreign investors and other specialists。
The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship （ICA） and the Ministry of Health has now started to streamline the golden visa application procedure for foreign doctors。
Doctors on the front line of the pandemic are encouraged to apply for golden visas in recognition of their contribution towards healthcare in the country。
