礦用鑽孔瓦斯抽採多引數監測系統與裝置

礦用鑽孔瓦斯抽採多引數監測系統彌補了傳統瓦斯抽採監測系統區域化監測的不足,以鑽孔為監測單元構建鑽孔瓦斯抽採監測系統,實時動態掌握各個鑽孔在瓦斯抽採過程中的抽採效果,將大面積區域化測量轉變為區域內部各鑽孔的監測,透過設定多組鑽孔多引數監測裝置的互聯,實現了瓦斯抽採的精細化監測。

鑽孔瓦斯抽採監測系統主要由鑽孔多引數監測裝置、井下通訊環網及瓦斯抽採分析軟體平臺三部分構成(圖1)。鑽孔多引數監測裝置負責單孔測量引數的資料收集,將實時採集到的溫度、壓力、濃度、流量資料進行打包,上傳至環網,透過井下通訊環網將動態資料進行上傳至地面瓦斯抽採評價分析軟體平臺,由平臺實現資料的儲存、顯示、整理、評價及分析。

The gas drainage monitoring system is composed of three parts, borehole multi parameter monitoring device, underground “ring” communication network and gas drainage analysis software platform。 Parameter monitoring device is responsible for the data measurement and collection of single borehole。 Through “ring” communication network, real-time data, including temperature, pressure, concentration and flow data, etc, are packaged and uploaded to analysis software platform on the surface, where data storage, display, sorting, evaluation and analysis, are realizes。
