小郭推薦的這首詩是智利詩人巴勃魯·聶魯達創作的一首情詩。巴勃羅·聶魯達，智利當代著名詩人。13歲開始發表詩作，1923年發表第一部詩集《黃昏》，1924年發表成名作《二十首情詩和一支絕望的歌》，自此登上智利詩壇。
他的詩歌既繼承西班牙民族詩歌的傳統，又接受了波德萊爾等法國現代派詩歌的影響；既吸收了智利民族詩歌特點，又從沃爾特·惠特曼的創作中找到了自己最傾心的形式。聶魯達的一生有兩個主題，一個是政治，另一個是愛情。他早期的愛情詩集《二十首情詩和一首絕望的歌》被認為是他最著名的作品之一。
聶魯達對中國和中國文化很有興趣，一生中曾經三次到過中國。1928年他作為外交官赴緬甸上任時，出發來中國，給宋慶齡頒發列寧國際和平獎，此行中，他還見到了茅盾、丁玲、艾青等文學界名流，進行了友好的交流。在訪問中國時他得知，自己的中文譯名中的“聶”字是由三隻耳朵（繁體“聶”）組成，於是說：“我有三隻耳朵，第三隻耳朵專門用來傾聽大海的聲音。”再次感謝小郭老師。讓我們一起點選收聽吧！
