郎窯紅亦稱之為寶不紅,是一種釉層流動,釉下可見大片開片紋,釉色極為鮮豔的一種銅紅釉。銅紅釉始於元代,至大明永、宣朝均為銅紅釉器。康熙朝江西巡撫郎廷極在景德鎮御窯督造,故名郎窯紅。從元代至明代及至清代所造銅紅釉器成品率極低,約200件中能有一件合格品,不合格者盡皆砸碎。
