這裡的the most important的搭配是the most+adj。 也是大家最熟悉的搭配！
the most除了可以用作形容詞表示最高階外，還可以作名詞，表示最多/強/重要/有價值的事：
A second chance is the most we can hope for now.
我們現在最多隻能希望有第二次機會。
You'll need to make wise investments if you want get the most out of your money.
想讓你這筆錢獲得最高收益，就需要做出明智的投資決定。
Is that the most you can do?
你只能做這麼多了嗎？

What's the place you most want to go?
你最想去的地方是哪裡？
如果把most放在句尾，這句話還可以說成：
Where do you want to go the most?
這裡的most是用於修飾want， 也就是副詞！

你最想讀的書是什麼？
同樣，如果把most放在句尾，這句話可以說成：
What’s the book you want to read the most?
Adam表示自己not a big reader：不是非常愛讀書，於是Jenny評價說：

所以你沒有迫不及待地最想讀的書！

這裡streamline指工作，生產的環境中的流程。

What's the habit you'd most like to cultivate?
你最想培養的習慣是什麼？
這句話相當於
What's the habit you most want to cultivate?
但這裡用would like替換了want， 因為would like總是比want要更禮貌一點！
cultivate [ˈkʌltɪveɪt]
培養，建立
如果不想用cultivate a habit這樣稍微隆重的說法，也可以說：
start/build a new habit.

What's the habit you most need to kick?
你最需要改變的習慣是什麼？
這裡用kick而不是change來表示改變，是因為：
kick指徹底地改變
change相當於reduce, 減少頻次, be less bad!
關於可以改變的習慣，Jenny和Adam提到了：
quit smoking: 戒菸
cut back on sweets 少吃甜食
cut down on screen time 少用手機
