For the city，This is a park of infinite charm

For the community，This is the source of vitality

專案位於蚌埠市，臨近淮河，遠望塗山。作為未來的公園，如何重塑城市介面，營造一處聯動社群、面向城市的綠色公園，是設計需要思考的問題。

The project is located in Bengbu， close to the Huai River and overlooking Tu Mountain。 As the park of the future。 How to reshape the urban interface and create a green park that connects the community and faces the city is a problem that needs to be considered in the design。

場地梳理

綜合城市主幹道帶來的巨大人流量、城市轉角良好的景觀昭示性及引導性、與未來社群生活的貫通和呼應。在不破壞城市綠帶的情況下，將示範區設於整個地塊的東南。

At the beginning of the design， the consideration is the huge flow of people brought by the comprehensive urban main road， the good landscape of the city corner， the link and echo of the future community life。 Therefore， without destroying the urban green belt， the demonstration area is set in the southeast of the whole plot。

景觀策略

外部三大介面

一級昭示介面重點打儀式感，

二級城市介面突出引導性，

三級過渡介面起到展示、過渡的作用；

The first-level display interface focuses on ritual sense，

the second-level city interface highlights guidance，

and the third-level transition interface plays the role of display。

內部四大板塊

一級形象板塊突出形象展示，

二級體驗板塊突出社群生活的場景體驗，

兼具停車功能板塊、觀賞板塊，完備各項功能分割槽。

The image plate of the first level highlights the image display，

The second level highlights the scene experience of community life。

It has both the parking function plate and the viewing plate。

方案構思

設計力圖打造一個有溫度的城市空間，對空間重構、動線分級，消融邊界，強化山林遊走的參與感。將雲啟“四境”場景植入，追求自然與藝術的共生。

The design aims to create a warm urban space， reconstruct the space， classify the moving lines， dissolve the boundary， and strengthen the sense of participation in the forest wandering。 The “Four Realms” scene of Yunqi is implanted to pursue the symbiosis of nature and art。

一境：遇·街角

包容永珍，精緻愜意

公園式街角入口，打破常規的內外空間屏障，將市政介面和景觀空間的邊界模糊，場地的綠意向城市空間滲透。

The park-like corner entrance breaks the conventional barrier between internal and external space， blurring the boundary between municipal interface and landscape space， and permeating the urban space with the greenness of the site。

二境：入·門頭

輕奢雅緻，光影闌珊

社群入口採用自然輕奢手法，引導式形象景牆、典雅品質門頭，強化城市介面的昭示感，營造尊貴迎賓的體驗感受。

The entrance of the community adopts natural light luxury approach， guided image view wall and elegant quality door head， strengthening the sense of the city interface， creating a noble experience of welcoming guests。

三境：映·鏡水

林下風致，踏水而歸

前場水景營造出輕鬆愜意的場景氛圍。穿過林下小徑，湧泉躍動，遙看草色，踏水歸家，帶來美的感受。

The front water features create a relaxed atmosphere。 Through the path under the forest， spring leaping， distant grass color， stepping water home， bring the feeling of beauty。

四境：超級兒童場

星光燦爛，林深童嬉

“叢林下奔跑的小孩”主題兒童活動場，植入上坤景觀體系特色兒童活動場地模組的研發成果。採用生態化材料、大地色系高階配色、多功能互動設施，根據不同年齡段兒童的活動特徵，設定不同活動區域，達到全齡共享。讓生活在快節奏城市的孩子們走進自然、親近自然，讓自然陪伴孩童成長。

The children‘s activity field with the theme of “Children running under the Jungle” is implanted with the research and development results of the children’s activity field module featured by SUNKWAN landscape system。 Adopt ecological materials， advanced earth color matching， multi-functional interactive facilities， according to the activity characteristics of children of different ages， set up different activity areas， to reach the whole age sharing。 Let children living in fast-paced cities walk into nature， get close to nature， and let nature accompany children to grow up。

迴歸自然的感官體驗

觸覺-材質肌理

文化石板巖拼貼景牆、不規則切割拼接的地面鋪裝、佐以礫石收邊，板岩立拼。大小各異的自然肌理，拓寬山林野趣的感受維度。

The cultural stone slate wall increases the vertical texture and broadens the feeling dimension， corner scattered slate。 Different forms of stone bring different sizes of natural texture。

視覺-生態植物

高大挺拔的水杉、厚實的象耳芋、柔韌的芒草，自然式植物配置奠定自然山林的基調感受，還原林間生態體驗。

The tall and straight Metasequoia， theColocasia gigantea and Miscanthus。 Natural plant configuration lays the keynote feeling of natural forest and restores the ecological experience of forest。

融於自然的景觀細節

白天，霧森漫漫，縈繞林間；入夜，螢火蟲燈星星點點，帶來律動和呼吸，很好地烘托著山林氛圍。

During the day， the fog surrounded the forest， as if in the deep mountains and forests。 At night， firefly lights bring rhythm and breathing to the whole space， and the stars set off the mountain atmosphere。

金屬推敲

在門廊立面的打造過程中，從材質的選擇，到呈現的形式，以及以何種手法打造——在設計過程中都進行了深度地討論與研究，細細打磨。

From the choice of material， to the form of presentation， as well as the way to create —— in the design process have been deeply discussed and studied， carefully polished。

為了增強整個專案的“閱歷”，在金屬材質的選擇上、表面肌理色澤的處理方式上，我們堅持使用打樣比選，從而達到最為還原生活中的效果。

In the process of building the porch facade， in order to enhance the “experience” of the whole project， we insist on the selection of metal materials and the treatment of surface texture and color， so as to achieve the most restored effect in life。

現場指導

甲方團隊、設計師現場跟蹤指導，施工團隊密切配合。拼接毛石的現場指導，保證呈現自然面質感；玻璃磚機理質感與金屬板進行顏色節奏的推敲，匠心品質，一絲不苟。

The owner team and designers follow and guide the construction team closely。 Spot guidance of splicing rubble to ensure the natural surface texture； Vitreous brick mechanism simple sense and metal plate undertake the deliberation of color rhythm， craftsmanship quality， meticulous。

整個專案對空間的推敲、對材料、施工等各個細節的把控，以最大化地實現專案預期呈現的效果，是我們在這一專案中的實踐。雖歷經數次修改調整，最終滿意呈現，便是我們最大的成果。甲方團隊與我們同心協力，為蚌埠呈現匠心作品，是我們的共同心願！

Our practice in this project is to control the details of space， materials， construction and so on in order to maximize the expected effect of the project。 Although after several modifications and adjustments， the final satisfactory presentation is our biggest achievement。 It is our common wish that the team of Party A will work with us to present original works for Bengbu。
