For example：
Ninety percent of the time， I make it to work on time。
（我八成時間都準時上班）
Nine times out of ten， I take the same bus to get there。

For example：
More often than not， I go to the gym before work。

（按慣例）
For example：
As a rule I don’t eat fast food，

For example：
