I swim on a hot summer day
I put on my swimsuit and head for the pool
I jump in and immerse myself in 360 degrees of water
I find that the coolness of this magnificent liquid refreshes me
The water surrounds me like a transparent blanket
A blanket brings warmth， while the water brings coolness
My friend does not know how to swim
In fact he is scared of the water
What a pity， for he will not experience the happiness that swimming brings
And what might the happiness be of swimming？
It’s a delight
First， it’s the tranquility
Yes， when I am underwater I hear nothing
Everything is so calm， so peaceful and that itself is great beauty
Second， it’s the relaxation
Swimming not only is a good way to relief stress，
It’s also a great way to have fun
You can swim alone， you can also swim with others
Third， it’s the simple things
Water can shape itself into a cup
It can also fill itself in a pool
Providing us endless fun
Last but not least
Swimming is itself a beautiful art
I swim like a young mermaid dancing underwater
I see the diamond-like sunray from the glass ceiling shining through
I touch the big and blue bubbles underwater； they are gone in less than a second
And I also see the mirror-like glassy and silver-like surface seen from underwater
Swimming is the most wonderful thing to do on a hot summer’s day
I look forward to swimming again
For it is like flying freely in the air
In the pool， I am opening a whole new world
I love swimming。
