近日，雅高集團及新華聯集團正式任命葉福南（Mr。 Billy Yap）先生為上海新華聯索菲特大酒店總經理。
葉先生擁有逾20年的酒店行業工作經驗，先後就職於洲際、柏悅、君悅、凱悅、四季和千禧國敦酒店集團等高階國際酒店品牌。他深入瞭解中國市場，有著豐富的市場銷售經驗，善於根據客人的喜好定製個性化服務。此外，他善於在日常管理工作中建立一支高效、有凝聚力、充滿活力的團隊。除了提高自己的知識和技能外，他最大的夢想之一就是為所有酒店員工創造一個追求自己職業夢想的平臺。
