在復旦大學江灣校區，虹口區檢察院第三檢察部檢察官盛琳與第七檢察部檢察官助理俞誠向留學生們開展了反電信詐騙英文宣講活動。
什麼是“檢察院”？什麼是“電信詐騙”？如何預防電信詐騙？
二人對網遊詐騙、網購詐騙和招工詐騙等留學生可能遭遇的三種電信詐騙型別進行了詳細介紹和模式總結，並透過典型案例為留學生在電信詐騙中極易陷入的陷阱進行了講解，提示留學生在學習生活中時刻保持警惕，不因貪圖便宜而落入不法分子的陷阱，最終成為詐騙案件的被害人。

二人為如何預防電信網路詐騙給出了相應的對策和建議，回答了留學生在預防犯罪方面的疑問，並分發了上海市檢察院製作的英文版反詐宣傳冊供留學生業餘參考學習。
防範電信詐騙英文小TIPS

1。 Any online lending platform claiming “no qualification required” but demanding that you pay a fee before the issue of the loan is a swindle！
（凡是“不要求資質”，且放款前要先交費的網貸平臺，都是詐騙！）
2。 Any click farming is a swindle！
（凡是刷單，都是詐騙！）
3。 Anyone who induces you to grant funds or gamble through Internet dating is a swindler！
（凡是透過網路交友，誘導你進行投資或賭博的，都是詐騙！）
4。 Anyone claiming that he/she is customer service who would return the payment for online shopping and asks for your bank card number and the verification code is a swindler！
（凡是網上購物遇到自稱客服說要退款，索要銀行卡號和驗證碼的，都是詐騙！）
5。 Anyone who claims to be a “leader” or an “acquaintance” and demands for remittance is a swindler！
（凡是自稱“領導”、“熟人”要求匯款的，都是詐騙！）
6。 Anyone who claims to be “a policeman， a prosecutor， or a judge” and tells you to transfer money to a “security account” is a swindler！
（凡是自稱“公檢法”讓你匯款到“安全賬戶”的，都是詐騙！）
7。 Anyone who friends you on WeChat or QQ， or add you to a group， or ask you to download an app or click through to invest or gamble is a swindler！
（凡是透過社交平臺新增微信、QQ拉你入群，讓你下載APP或者點選連結進行投資、賭博的，都是詐騙！）
8。 Anyone who informs you that you have won a prize but you have to pay some money first to receive it is a swindler！
（凡是通知中獎、領獎，讓你先交錢的，都是詐騙！）
9。 Anyone claiming， “You need to collaborate in cancelling an account pursuant to the related national policy； otherwise your individual credit record will be affected” is a swindler！
（凡是聲稱“根據國家相關政策需要配合登出賬號，否則影響個人徵信的”，都是詐騙！）
10。 Anyone who buys and sells game equipment or game currency on unofficial platforms is a swindler！
（凡是非官方買賣遊戲裝備或者遊戲幣的，都是詐騙！）
